Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective Date: August 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of products, including peptides and other chemical compounds (collectively, “Products”), from Oath Research, LLC (“Oath Research,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Intended Use and Purchaser Qualifications

Our Products are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. By purchasing our Products, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified and trained professional affiliated with a laboratory, university, or other research institution. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase our Products.

The Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, or as food additives, drugs, or cosmetics. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Research-only use restriction; prohibition on human consumption; acknowledgment that products are not for diagnosis/treatment/prevention of any disease; indemnification of the seller; acknowledgment that the buyer is a qualified professional.

2. Product Handling and Safety

You acknowledge that the Products may have hazardous properties and that you are responsible for their safe handling, storage, and disposal. You agree to implement necessary industrial hygiene and safety protocols to protect workers from any health and safety hazards associated with the Products. We are not liable for any damages that may be caused by negligence, abuse, or any other unforeseen matter.

3. Shipping

Oath Research currently ships only within the United States. Free shipping is available on orders over $250.

Most orders are shipped via 2-Day Business Air, typically through UPS. “2-Day Business Air” refers to two business days after the package has been accepted by the carrier and excludes weekends and federal holidays. Alternative shipping methods may be used depending on the destination, order size, or carrier availability.

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday, will be processed for shipment the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed the next business day. If a federal holiday falls on a weekday, please add one additional business day to the estimated delivery timeframe.

UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders addressed to a P.O. box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail instead. USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within two to three business days, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be emailed once an order has shipped. Tracking events, scans, and delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may not always update immediately. Once a package has been tendered to the carrier, transit times and delivery operations are outside Oath Research’s direct control.

Oath Research is not responsible for carrier delays, missed tracking scans, lost packages, or other carrier-related delivery issues. If tracking shows a significant delay or possible loss, please contact us through our Contact Us page, and we will make every reasonable effort to assist with locating the package or navigating the carrier’s claims process.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders may be placed through our website by selecting the desired products and quantities, adding them to your cart, and completing our secure checkout process. By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and that Oath Research and its payment processor are authorized to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Oath Research. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing or product-information errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped. Prices are subject to change without notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept direct bank payments, which are generally available through most major U.S. banks and participating financial institutions. Availability may vary by institution, and all available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Transactions are protected using end-to-end encryption and processed through a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway to help safeguard your payment information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our research products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items as they cannot be resold. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and product quality.

We WILL provide refunds or replacements for:

Products that arrive damaged during shipping (photo evidence required within 48 hours)
Incorrect items shipped (our error)
Products that do not meet stated specifications or purity standards
Orders that were not delivered despite tracking showing delivery
Duplicate orders placed in error (if reported before shipment)

We CANNOT accept returns for:

Opened or used products
Products stored improperly after delivery
Orders canceled after shipment
Change of mind purchases
Products past 30 days from delivery

How to Request Support:

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately with your order number, description of the issue, photos if applicable, and batch/lot numbers if quality related.

Resolution Timeline:

We will respond within 24-48 hours
Quality issues will be investigated promptly
Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Replacements shipped at our expense for verified issues

Our Commitment:

While we cannot accept returns of used products for regulatory and safety reasons, we stand behind our product quality. If something is wrong with your order, we will address it promptly and fairly.

6. Store Credits

6.1 General:

Oath Research may, at its sole discretion, issue store credit to customer accounts. Store credit is a prepaid balance in your account that may be applied toward eligible purchases at checkout on oathresearch.com. Store credit carries no cash value, is not a gift card or stored-value instrument, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, transferred or assigned to another customer or account, pooled across accounts, or applied to previous orders. Store credit is non-refundable and will not be paid out if your account is closed. Issuance of store credit does not constitute an obligation to issue credit for similar circumstances in the future.

6.2 Types of Store Credit:

Refund Credit is credit we issue in place of a cash refund, or as a courtesy for shipping delays, order issues, or similar circumstances.
Promotional Credit is credit we provide at no cost as a marketing or goodwill benefit. It is not purchased by you and is not a refund.

Holding an account does not entitle you to Promotional Credit. We decide whether to offer it, to whom, in what amount, and on what terms, and we may run, change, pause, or end any promotion at any time.

6.3 Redemption:

Store credit applies only to eligible product amounts. It does not apply to shipping, taxes, duties, or other fees, which remain payable by you. Credit may pay for an eligible order in full or in part; any remaining balance must be paid with another accepted payment method. We may exclude specific products or categories, and we determine whether store credit may be combined with other discounts, coupons, sales, or promotions. These rules may vary by promotion and are subject to change.

6.4 Expiration:

Refund Credit does not expire. Promotional Credit expires one (1) year from the date it is issued, unless a different period is stated at the time of issue. Promotional Credit issued before August 1, 2026 expires one (1) year from that date. We may extend, reinstate, or waive expiration at our sole discretion, for an individual customer or generally, and doing so on one occasion does not obligate us to do so again. Expired Promotional Credit is removed from your account automatically, is forfeited, and has no cash value.

6.5 One Identity Per Person:

Promotional Credit is issued per person, household, and identity, not per account. We treat duplicate, linked, or related accounts, and variations of the same email address (including plus-tag aliases such as [email protected]), as a single identity, and credit issued to any of them counts against that identity. We may limit the amount of Promotional Credit available to any identity. Creating or using multiple or duplicate accounts, aliased email addresses, or false or misleading identity information to obtain additional Promotional Credit is prohibited.

6.6 Review, Voiding, and Recovery:

We may review, suspend, reduce, withhold, void, or reverse store credit, before or after it is granted and even after it has been applied to an order, where we reasonably determine that the credit was obtained or used in connection with:

Fraud, abuse, or attempted abuse of a promotion or of our store
Multiple, duplicate, linked, or aliased accounts, or misrepresented identity
A technical error, mispricing, or credit issued in the wrong amount or to the wrong person
A chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or failed payment
An order cancellation, return, or refund tied to the credit
A violation of these Terms or of applicable law

If credit is voided after it has already been applied to an order, we may recover its value, including by charging another payment method on file, requiring payment of the difference, offsetting it against future orders or future credit, or holding or reversing the related order or shipment, to the extent permitted by law and by our payment providers. We may take these steps without prior notice where reasonably necessary to prevent loss or abuse. Nothing in this section limits any other right or remedy available to us.

6.7 Provided as a Courtesy:

Store credit is provided “as is,” as a courtesy, without warranties of any kind. It is not a substitute for a refund and does not create, extend, or modify any warranty, guarantee, or return right for any product or order. Our total aggregate liability relating to any store credit will not exceed its face value. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

7. Free Research Water

We will occasionally include water with some peptide orders. It may be added to your cart automatically at no extra charge. If you remove the research water from your cart during checkout, it will not be included with your shipment.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information provided on our website is for informational and educational purposes only. The Products are sold “as is,” and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding their fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our website.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Products. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liabilities of any kind arising out of your handling, possession, or use of the Products.

10. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is our property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any information from this website without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and purchase of our Products constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Marketing Communications

Email Marketing:

You may opt-in to receive promotional emails from Oath Research, including product updates, special offers, educational content, and company news. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us.

SMS Marketing:

You may voluntarily opt-in to receive text messages (SMS) from Oath Research. SMS messages may include abandoned cart reminders, order updates, exclusive offers, and promotional content. Opting in to SMS is completely voluntary and is not required to make a purchase. You can opt-out at any time by texting STOP to any message from us. See Section 14 below for complete SMS program terms.

Consent to Marketing:

By providing your email address or phone number and checking the appropriate opt-in boxes, you consent to receive marketing communications from Oath Research. Your consent is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your ability to receive transactional messages related to your orders.

14. SMS Program Terms & Conditions

Program Description:

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Oath Research, including:

Abandoned cart reminders
Order confirmations and shipping updates
Exclusive promotions and offers
Customer service communications

Message Frequency:

Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 2-4 promotional messages per month, plus transactional messages as needed for your orders. We will never spam you with excessive messages.

Cost and Carriers:

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. The service is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt-Out:

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Just text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive any more SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

Your Consent:

By opting in to SMS messages, you consent to receive text messages from Oath Research using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can make purchases from Oath Research without providing your phone number or opting into SMS communications.

Privacy and Data Protection:

We will never sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your SMS opt-in data is protected and will only be used by Oath Research and our authorized service providers to send you the messages you have consented to receive. Service Availability:

While we strive for reliable service, we are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery due to carrier issues, network problems, or other factors beyond our control.
